Taping Policy

Any audience member coming to see a 41North performance may record it in any way. The performance may be recorded by video, audio, or pictures, provided that the venue does not prohibit the devices used to make these recordings. Viewers may share their recordings free of charge provided that they have received prior written permission from 41North.

Privacy Policy

Any information you choose to provide us with will not be used in any way except for its intended use. This may include the "Tell a friend" feature, the "Join the Mailing List" feature, and the message board. Your information will not be sold or given to marketing companies. This privacy policy is in effect for any services provided directly by the 41NorthBand.com web site; all other third party sites, including "MySpace", will be goverened by their respective privacy policies.
